Anti Aging Skin Home Remedie

, it’s a fact that women grow older before men do. Women look haggard and aged way before men initialize (there are exceptions too). But as said prevention is better than cure, we can combat skin aging without splurging in money on expensive creams which only look promising, but are of no good. The remedies I would be suggesting today are readily available in everyone’s kitchen shelves and trust me they work too.  My mum tries them all, so I can definitely say that they work!!

So here I spill the beans. These remedies won’t give you results in like 2 days but yes, it will help your skin age gracefully.

Coconut: Coconut is supposedly the best remedy for aging skin. Take a raw coconut and grate it. Now grind out the coconut milk. With a cotton dab, apply this milk all over the face. Let it get absorbed into the skin and then wash off.

Milk: Milk is the mildest way of combating skin aging since the lactic acid present in milk helps in generation of new cells. This not only combats skin aging but also gets you a good complexion and even skin tone. You must massage milk into your skin everyday before going to sleep.anti aging

Avocado: Avocado is basically oily in nature hence it helps in making the skin radiant and young. Mash up the avocado and apply it on your face or cut into slices and rub is on your face.

Castor Oil: Regular massages with castor oil, reduces skin aging and also makes the skin supple and soft.

Other oils: Not just castor oil, oils like sandalwood oil, rose jasmine, rosewood and frankincense, also help in combating skin aging. Mix these oils with primrose oil which acts as a base oil and massage with it regularly.

Potato: Aging skin gets along blemishes and pigmentation too. Dice potatoes and rub on the blemished or pigmented area.

Sugarcane Juice: The paste of Turmeric powder and sugarcane juice is great for controlling skin aging.

Pineapple: Rubbing the core of pineapple also prevents skin aging. (No you won’t get rashes after this) After rubbing it leave it to soak in your skin for around 15 minutes. This reduces the first signs of skin aging. Trust me on this one.

Grapes: Crush some grapes seedless or with seeds doesn’t really matter and gently rub into your skin. Leave it on for around 15 minutes and wash it with warm water. Do not wipe your face after washing let it dry by itself.

Glycerin: Mix glycerin with lime juice and rose water and massage it into your skin or simply apply with a cotton dab. Let it be overnight and then wash off in the morning. This reduces blemishes and also makes the skin soft and supple.

Honey: Applying honey also helps in combating skin aging. (Especially for the skin around the eyes).

Lemons: Lemons are great for skin, and we all know it. Rubbing lemon over the skin prevents it from aging and also reduces blemishes.

Regular Massage: Regular massages and facials augment blood circulation which gradually results in skin tightening and therefore helps in combating skin aging in a cosmetic way.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E us great for combating aging skin. Cod liver oil and vitamin E work wonders in reducing blemishes, spots and wrinkles. They also even out your skin tone.

Water: Good old remedy, drinking a lot of water also helps from skin aging. Water keeps the skin hydrated and thus prevents drying of skin.

Diet & lifestyle: A healthy diet is very important for preventing your skin from aging. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Proper sleep, exercise and being happy play vital roles in keeping away skin aging.
