Collect 3-4 fresh amla fruits and 3-4 strands of shikakai, remove the seeds from both the fruits and soak them in 1/2 cup of water overnight. In the morning, use a mixer grinder to grind the fruits along with the water in which it was soaked overnight. You should end up with a smooth, well blended pack. Apply this pack onto your cleaned hair and scalp. Leave on for an hour at least, after covering your head with a shower cap so that the pack does not get dry quickly. Wash off with plenty of water but do not use a shampoo. Repeat every alternate day for the best results.

Jojoba is well known for its miraculous effects on the scalp and hair. The active natural ingredients present in jojoba not only help in arresting hair fall by nourishing the scalp and banishing dandruff but also reduces hair breakage which is a primary reason of hair fall. Collect 3-4 green amla fruits and remove the seeds. You will need 5-8 jojoba flowers and jojoba leaves in the same number. Grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste and apply the resulting pack onto your scalp and hair. Leave on for an hour, without letting the pack get dry quickly. Wash off with plenty of water. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
Amla, egg and fenugreek hair mask to control hair fall

Egg is a rich source of protein and other nutrients that can be very helpful to nurture dry damaged hair controlling hair fall. Fenugreek seeds are known for their ability to nourish the hair follicles, promoting better hair growth. This pack can efficiently work to stop even the worst type of hair fall but it should not be used in case you have dandruff on your scalp.

Take the egg and whip it until it becomes frothy. Grind 4 green amla (after removing the seeds) along with 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds. Finally add the whipped egg to it and blend well. Apply the resulting mixture onto your scalp and hair. Let it stand for an hour, covering your head with a shower cap and then wash off with a mild cleanser and plenty of water. Repeat this treatment twice a week for best results.
