Coconut milk is a liquid extracted from mature coconuts and should not be confused with coconut water. It contains vitamins like niacin and folate which improve blood circulation and can also prevent cancer in some ways. Barring the health benefits, it is great for hair as well.
Coconut milk is packed with vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6, as well as selenium, iron, sodium, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus.  Coconut milk is chock-a-block with lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid (MUFA) that gets transformed into monolaurin in the body, a compound full of antiviral and antibacterial properties.Apply the coconut milk on your scalp, hair, and tips.

Then use your fingers to gently massage your scalp. Scalp massage is terrific for blood circulation and stimulating hair growth. After that, tie up your hair and cover it with a hair cap. It will naturally heat up your hair and also prevent the milk from dripping.Leave your hair for at least 4-5 hours, so that the milk seeps inside the roots.Wash it with a gentle shampoo. After shampooing, condition your hair.
