Protect your hair from the harsh winds of winter this season by using an avocado hair mask. This versatile fruit not only nourishes your hair, but also prevents breakages, dullness, and promotes hair growth.Here’s how you can use it:

1. Avocado and Banana Mask to get rid of Dull Hair:

  • Chuck a banana and avocado pulp into a blender and mix until they form a nice thick paste.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (depending on the amount of paste you end up with).
  • Spread this mask from the roots of your hair to the tip until all your hair is covered.
  • Leave the mixture on for about 20 minutes and rinse of with a mild shampoo.

2. Avocado and Honey Hair Mask for Dry, Damaged Hair:

Honey has a ton of moisturizing properties that work wonders for your skin and hair.
  • Blend a cup of honey, avocado pulp, and olive oil until you get a thick paste.
  • If you’ve got dandruff, you can also add a few drops of lavender oil to the mixture.
  • Apply this generously on damp hair, especially towards the tips as this is where dry hair and damage shows itself the most.
  • You can even massage this into your scalp.
  • Leave it on for half an hour before shampooing if off.
